All orders placed by 2:30pm EST will be shipped same day via UPS.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of date of purchase.  All original packaging must be included with returned product.  All Jan/San and Break Room supplies must be returned un-opened.

For toner cartridges please provide print-out of defect.
